Juice 4 Life’s programmes and juices are specifically designed to enhance and improve your body’s natural balance ensuring you get all the nutrients and vitamins your body could ever need to promote wellbeing.
All of our juices are prepared daily utilising fresh local produce, supporting Genuine Jersey (where possible) and delivered to your door, whether to your home or your workplace.
The juices and programmes re-balance and cleanse the body, which in turn helps rid it of cravings. Our 5 day programme aims to kick-start your healthy life and promote wellbeing throughout.
Basic Tips: (Don’t worry! We send this information out with your first order)
- You should not eat any solids during your 5 Day Juice Plan. It defeats the purpose of it. So stay away from any solids.
- If you get headaches, or strong cravings, it is normal for the first 2 days. Just stay focused and stay on the juice. This happens because your body is used to over indulging, it will pass and you will feel better for it!
- Drink at least 500ml of water after each juice meal. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
- Start each day off with an herbal tea or ½ a lemon in warm to hot water. It’s important to cleanse your digestive system and give you a good boost of energy.
- It’s recommended to have between 4-5 juices per day each consisting of 450ml. The planner provided is only a guide but designed to give you a good balance throughout the day, it is great to get you started with different juices. We can assure you there will be your favorites but each juice is important for different reasons.
- Once you have completed your first 5 day plan you will feel great but please remember that you may not be able to eat as much as you previously could, this is due to your stomach shrinking throughout the plan.
